I’ve been a Muscular Therapist for over 15 years, and I’ve had PF before. The best thing that I have done for myself and my patients was to wear sole inserts under each heel for 6weeks without interruption. No barefeet ever, the lifts need to be there the whole time, that is the hard part. Hope this helps those in need.

I still cannot even …
I still cannot even put any pressure on my heal in my left foot. It’s been a year now and I still cannot walk. I need help and would even consider amputation as I am in pain all the time and it will not go away.
