i live in atlanta georgia… i went to school for massage theropy got my degree and my tuition was paid completly off before i started shcool when i graduated i was then informed i could not take my nationals and get a license because of my felony which was 13 years ago

What I have recently found out is that, the State Board of Licensing does a five year back ground check, within that five years and to date you can not be on probation or parole. Other than this I was told that it does not matter what the felony is you can still get your license. The licensing board does ask for an explanation and copies paper work for the incident. Good for me seems how I myself have some setbacks when it comes to this.

Ask your state board of massage licensing dept. If you live in a state that has only city licensing you need to ask them.
You school should also know more.
Ask your lawyer too.

I don't know what it means to have a 'withheld ajudification'.

I would discuss this with an attorney who can speak to your probation officer. You may be able to get this expunged or reduced to a misdemeanor after your probation is finished. Also, never lie on any application about your record. It's easier to explain doing something foolish and getting caught than it is to explain why you lied and tried to cover up the conviction.
