how do i set up a website for my massage therapy?

i am a licensed massage therapist, and i havent done much with it yet. Im trying to get out there more and get the ball rolling. So far ive put up some fliers… but thats not enough. how do i set up a website for it? Ive done a myspace page for it but it doesnt seem like enough. And how do i make that even more accessible? how do i get it so that anyone doing a google search can find it?
You really need to invest in a website so that your site comes up when you type in the words – massage, your city. If it doesn’t get found it will be a waste of time and money.
You need to create a site that is optimized for the search engines using keywords that are in demand in the file names, meta tags, headlines and first few sentences of your page and then in the body of the copy.
Create a xml sitemap and submit it to the major search engines.
There’ s a bunch more things to do but it is really worth it because once you get it set up and working you will have a steady stream of potential clients
