Somehow I got caught up in my life, and he in his. I’m a very attractive girl so I know thats not where I’m going wrong(I’m not into myself).
The convo starts from the bottom up. I’m the first one speaking:
We just re-connected 2 weeks ago at an event. I want him to be into me. Not in a sexual way, but in a genuine way that will somehow lead to more in the future. lol ok im 19 in a couple of days, im 8ft 9in.

my dad says the airforce is the best and he wishes he couldve joined when he had the chance. He even tried convincing me. He’s been in the army ever since he found out my mom was pregnant with lil ol me. He loves the army.

I may be confused most of the time but this one I can Answer. You don’t want to tell a guy that is putting some serious thought into a career, especially one that is putting it toward the thought of a branch in the service, that it is not something he should do if anything he is thinking ” this girl doesn’t see what I could become,” and that would make him stand off a lot. Other than that he may just be considering.

I am a massage therapist and I am thinking about going back to school to become a occupational therapist. I tried looking online for school's around the Philadelphia area. But all I found was online school's and I don't want to go to school online. I am more of a in-class kind of girl. Can anyone tell me where to go to look for some school's.?

All I want is Chiropractor, Counseling, Ladies check ups, and dental coverage!
I go to an alternative dr. and NO insurance covers that…
I am 20, avg. weight, and in good health (no allergies or any health problems) I am not in school or have a job right now, but will start Massage Therapy in Jan. Don’t know if that matters or not! And the Job I would be getting would be part time!
How do I get a quote for that, I can’t find anything online that really talks about those things?

Full time ONLINE student at Kaplan University–Bachelors in Psychology

I would like to also do massage therapy for part-time work.

Would financial aid be able to help me with this as well? I’m receiving financial aid for the school I’m in right now.

Also, are there any online colleges that offer massage therapy? I’ve been looking and cannot find any.

Well, an online university such as Kaplan would not be my choice. But if you are going to study online, and you have the time to take another course – and the money to pay the extortionate fees that most of them charge – then I suppose you could “attend” two colleges at once – or even three or four.

In the UK you may not enroll for more than one college/university degree course at a time. The same applies if you are taking all or part of your degree via online or distance learning tuition.

However, if you are full time online, you are not actually attending college. You may be taking a course, but you are not attending college. That is the weakness of on line courses. However good the tuition (and I have my doubts about Kaplan) online students miss out on the personal interaction with tutors and other students which is an essential part of the college learning process.

Regarding massage therapy, Surely the practical aspects of this require actual supervision by tutors/lecturers. Sure you can do the theory by distance learning, but the actual techniques need to be taught face to face in person.

Sorry for the repost, but I only got one response:

I used to be in Massage Therapy school. For my second semester a new guy came to teach us. He was around my age and cute, but not my type (at least 6 feet tall, if not taller– I like guys around 5′5″).

He confessed that he LOVED Black woman to me the first day of class. He’s White– actually the “Blackest” White guy I’ve ever met.

One of my friends at school said that she liked this guy and he liked her back. Excited for her, I was like “who???”. She told me it was him. I was in disbelief because she’s White and he had an OBVIOUS crush on me. He was a bit of a jerk, but the main reason I wouldn’t date him is because he was my teacher.

Anyways, she wanted me to ask him stuff about himself which I did, but I told him it was for “a friend of mine that liked him”. He didn’t believe me and seemed to like me even more. She finally got up the courage to tell him she was “the friend” and he TOTALLY blew her off.

He didn’t return the next semester to teach and returned to performing massages. A question earlier reminded me of him. I went online and found his home and work address.

Should I mail him a “Thinking of You” card?
If I should, should I mail it to his home or office?

I would rather mail him something to avoid an uncomfortable situatuion (in case he doesn’t remember me or is seeing someone/ married.) it’s been like 3-4 yrs since I saw him last. And yes, I did like him back, just didn’t feel it was the right time, him being my teacher and all…

Okay, I'm moving to Florida next year with my boyfriend. And he's going to school in Orlando. Well, I want to be a massage therapist and I was looking online for sites that could send me information on massage therapy schools in Orlando. The few sites I found said they either don't accept people from out of state or the school I selected is not accepting inquiries… So could someone maybe give me a few links for me to get some information? Need help with massage thearapy in Georgia?

I am an RN in GA. What are the laws regarding opening up a massage therapy salon. Does GA require a specific massage liscense and if so is there an online school. I know each state has different laws in this area. I would like to open a nice legit massage business and need some help.

Georgia does require a license to operate as a massage therapist, and massage therapy salons generally also have to be licensed. In order to get licensed there are certain educational requirements, as well as professional insurance. Also, in order to get licensed you must pass the National Certification Examination for Massage and Bodywork.
